People who have never struggled with binge eating will tell you that you need to “just listen to your body,” but what does that even mean?! You’re pretty sure you’ve tried it and you’re still bingeing—so what gives?
As a Registered Dietitian and someone who has overcome binge eating (largely without help because treatment centers were literally turning me away… another story for another time), I personally understand the struggles you’re facing. And I don’t want you to have to go through this alone like I did!
