As a registered dietitian nutritionist and body image coach, I’ve helped hundreds of people to break free from the cycle of binge eating and become intuitive eaters. 

I understand how hard it can be: the guilt, the stress, the obsession–I’ve been there. 

That’s why I created this course, full of my best tips and tricks to help you repair your relationship with food and put you back in control.

This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and resources to break the cycle of restrictive dieting and binge eating. You’ll explore the psychological and physical impacts of dieting and how it can lead to disordered eating.
