1:1 PRIVATE COACHING IS FOR YOU IF…
You’re looking to heal your relationship with food and your body once-and-for-all. We will guide you through the proven Behind The Binge method where you will learn how to leave dieting behind, become an intuitive eater, and move forward in creating a healthful life. The beauty of 1:1 coaching is that everything is customized to your needs so you can find food freedom faster!
Every week, we will meet over Zoom via a HIPAA-compliant program called Practice Better. During our sessions, we will assess your goals, action steps, and navigate any difficulties together! Session is interactive and engaging.
Following each session, you will have intentions or action steps to take until we meet again. Between sessions, you have access to a private chat through Practice Better where you can message your dietitian M-F to ask questions, be held accountable, and feel supported even outside of our calls.
We are trained to use a variety of counseling modalities, including DBT, CBT, ACT, and MI. We are not therapists, however, our work greatly intersects with mental and emotional work which we can address. We do recommend psychotherapy alongside this work.

Yes! Since 2020, a lot of new research has emerged about Telehealth and it is shown that Telehealth is just as effective (if not sometimes more effective) than in-person visits.
Marissa’s Rates:
Initial Assessment (75 minutes): $250
Follow-Up Sessions (45-60 minutes): $200
Livi’s Rates:
Initial Assessment (75 minutes): $175
Follow-Up Sessions (45-60 minutes): $150
Unfortunately, we do not take insurance at this time.
We can provide a superbill for reimbursement if you are in SC. Outside of SC, we can check if your state’s dietetic licensure would allow us to provide an out-of-state superbill, but we cannot guarantee anything.
